Ancient, Brutal, Effortless
It’s an honor to have Master Ted Sias, direct student of Grandmaster Jimmy H. Woo bring his knowledge of the ancient combat art of Kung Fu San Soo.
Kung Fu San Soo literally translated means, “a man learned, articulate, and active in the use of his hand (body) in combat with another man”.
Kung Fu San Soo is NOT a sport, but an effective and efficient fighting system utilizing a combination of punches, kicks, strikes, blocks, throws and leverages, done in perfect rhythm, and directed to vital points of the human body. These techniques can be changed instantly to suit the situation and to not necessarily follow a set pattern.
Master Sias will be instructing students, based on their ability and needs, in:
The Eight Sectional Brocade – A series of exercises which strengthen and release tension.
Mind Boxing – A series of movements using the whole body to eliminate tension and produce power.
True Balance – 7 postures to produce energy and proper alignment for a healthy back.
Kung Fu San Soo Techniques – Applying the ancient combat art of Kung Fu San Soo.
