The Intuitive Defensive Shooting Course is a course that works well with what the body may do during a worst-case life-threatening encounter. This program is designed to help the student become more efficient with a defensive firearm in the context of a Dynamic Critical Incident.
This One-Day course is filled with intense training and practice so that the student may develop the recognition to respond more efficiently.
The course will include the following topics;

Defensive Accuracy
Lateral Movement / Assessment
A Realistic approach for Multiple Target Engagement
The Balance of Speed & Precision
Critical Incident Reload
Understanding the Body’s Natural Reactions during a DCI
Presentation from the holster
Counter Ambush Methodology

The Intuitive Defensive Shooting Course is designed to help the student quickly develop defensive shooting skills that can be applied in a most likely set of circumstances.
CFS is based on years of constantly evolving information about how the body works and what really happens during a Dynamic Critical Incident and has been heavily influenced by the diverse group of Instructors that are certified to teach it and the thousands of students who have been through courses all around the world. The program features a variety of specialty drills and training methods that the student will be able to utilize in their own practice after the course in order to continue to develop their abilities.
Students will shoot approximately 500 to 600 rounds and are welcome to bring more ammunition. There are specific range drills that the round count may be increased.
Students will need a reliable defensive handgun and OWB holster and at least 3 magazines for each specific firearm used. Bring your conceal carry rig to get repetitions from concealment toward the end of the day.

Course Tuition is $150: This includes a full day of defense training and a 2023 PDN Training Tour T-shirt and a signed certificate by Rob Pincus and Ken Ortega.
